We have provided common activation errors and troubleshooting tips to help you activate your games so you can start enjoying them!
Why do I receive a message asking for the activation code every time I run the game?
This will occur if you have a firewall blocking the activation server from writing to your hard drive. You will need to configure your firewall to support access or disable it.
If you are not the administrator on Windows Vista, you will need to set the game to "Run as administrator" so it can save your activation. To do this, go to Start Menu -> Programs -> and find your game and the executable. Right click it and choose "Run as administrator".
Customer Support may be able to provide you a manual activation code depending on the game.
To reach Customer Service, please . You should also provide the Unlock Request code when you submit your inquiry.
A required security module can not be activated. This program can not be executed.

Activation Failed: server error-wrong/invalid serial
This may be due to one of the following reasons:
- Your firewall may have prevented the license from being seen by the activation system. Please configure your firewall to allow access. If you are a Window Vista user, please set the game to "Run as administrator".
- You may have mistyped the code, have a space at the end of the code, used the wrong code or you have two keys and are using the wrong one. Please check your account page for the activation information.
