We recommend you first examine any firewalls. Firewalls will block downloads and slow you down.
If you are on a router and on wireless, the router must be configured to allow our download servers to run clear and fast. It is also advised you use a cable connection rather than wireless as wireless permissions are different and may slow down your download speed.
Tip - refresh your connection:

- Turn off your modem and router
- Wait 3 minutes
- Turn on your modem and router
- Turn on your computer
If you have another computer in the house, try it to confirm if the slowness is local to your computer or if the router is blocking all downloads.
